Curb Appeal You Can See From the Street

Southern Oregon weather is hard on concrete and wood. Winter rain feeds moss and mildew, spring brings weeks of pollen, and summer dust settles into every pore of your driveway and patio. A single professional wash lifts that build-up and makes the whole property read as cared for.

Every property is unique, so we’ll evaluate your project and recommend the safest cleaning method before beginning work — and we’ll tell you honestly if a surface shouldn’t be pressure washed at all. Estimates are free, and we’re a locally owned, insured company that has served the Rogue Valley for over 25 years.

Pressure Washing FAQs

What surfaces do you pressure wash?2026-08-04T10:49:04-07:00

Driveways, sidewalks, walkways, entryways, garage floors, patios, porches, pool decks, retaining walls, exterior concrete and fences, depending on the material and condition. Every property is different, so we look at the surface first and recommend the safest cleaning method before we start.

What don’t you pressure wash?2026-08-04T10:49:05-07:00

We don’t take on commercial parking lots, floor scrubber or floor sweeper work, sandblasting, roof cleaning, or high-rise and elevated surfaces that require lifts. If your project needs specialized equipment beyond what we run, we’ll tell you during the estimate rather than take the job on.

How often should a Rogue Valley driveway or patio be pressure washed?2026-08-04T10:49:05-07:00

Most homes here do well with a wash once a year. Winter rain feeds moss and mildew on shaded concrete, spring brings weeks of pollen, and summer dust settles into the surface, so many homeowners book in late spring or early summer — before hosting season.

Will pressure washing damage my concrete or fence?2026-08-04T10:49:05-07:00

Not when the pressure is matched to the surface. We use a professional-grade 3,400 PSI, 2.5 GPM cold water gas pressure washer and adjust our approach to the material in front of us. If a surface shouldn’t be pressure washed at all, we’ll say so — we’d rather protect your property than promise a result we can’t deliver safely.

How much does pressure washing cost?2026-08-04T10:49:05-07:00

It depends on the square footage, the surface type and how much build-up there is, so we quote each property individually. Estimates are free — tell us which areas you’d like cleaned and we’ll take a look and give you a price.
